Terms and Conditions
For Online Purchases of Digital Knitting Patterns (PDF) and Knitting Ring.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of digital knitting patterns (PDF format) and knitting rings made through this webshop. By placing an order and/or downloading a digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Delivery
Digital Knitting Patterns
All knitting patterns available on this website are digital files delivered in PDF format. No physical item will be shipped.
After successfully completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link for the PDF file. Delivery is considered complete once the file has been made available to you.
Knitting Ring
Knitting rings are shipped via GLS or PostNord.
- Pre-order items are dispatched approximately 3 weeks after the pre-order period has ended.
- In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
3. Licence and Use of Digital Patterns
When purchasing a digital knitting pattern, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
You may:
- Download and print the pattern.
- Knit items for yourself or as gifts.
You may not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell the digital files.
- Upload the pattern to websites, forums, or social media platforms where others may access it.
- Claim the design as your own.
- Use the pattern commercially without prior written permission.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown including applicable taxes.
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, ViaBill, or MobilePay.
Your card will only be charged when your order has been dispatched. No card processing fees are charged.
If you pay via PayPal, you are not covered by the chargeback scheme. Please refer to PayPal's website for further information.
When purchasing through ViaBill, you will receive your goods before making any payments. Thereafter, monthly instalments must be paid on the agreed date. Late payments may incur fees. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, your agreement with ViaBill will be terminated.
5. Digital Products – Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Digital Knitting Patterns
Due to the nature of digital products delivered immediately after purchase, no refunds or cancellations are available once the download link has been generated and delivered.
In accordance with EU consumer legislation regarding digital content, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the download has begun or the digital files have been delivered.
6. Knitting Rings – Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the item. If multiple items are ordered in one purchase and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the final item is received.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal merely by refusing delivery without notifying us.
Partial Returns
If you purchased multiple items, you may return one or more items even if they were purchased as part of the same order.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if only part of the order is cancelled.
Returning Goods
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for any loss or damage occurring during transport.

Please send returns to the business address provided when requesting a return. Returns must be sent using a carrier that delivers during normal business hours.
We are unable to collect parcels from post offices, parcel shops, or similar collection points.
Condition of Returned Goods
If the item has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may only be entitled to a partial refund.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. Missing original packaging may result in a reduction in the item's value.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, all payments received from you will be refunded, including standard delivery charges.
Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been returned.
7. Complaints and Defective Products
The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases made by consumers.
You have the right to make a complaint regarding defects in goods for a period of 24 months from delivery.

If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to:
- Repair of the item
- Replacement of the item
- A refund
- A price reduction
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. Complaints submitted within two months of discovering the defect will always be considered timely.
When returning a defective item, please include a detailed description of the issue.
If your complaint is justified, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to update our products and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, updates to digital products are not automatically included in previous purchases.
The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on this website.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Knitting patterns are provided as guidance only. Results may vary depending on yarn choice, gauge, knitting technique, and individual interpretation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Danish legislation.
