Description

Zenia Sweater has a loose fit, a high round neck hem in twisted rib, and a pattern consisting of raised lines crossing each other.
The sweater is worked from the top down. First, cast on stitches for the back, then work flat with short rows to shape the upper back while knitting the pattern. Next, stitches are picked up for the right and left shoulder, which are worked separately. The shoulders are joined to form the front by casting on new stitches in center front. The front and back are then joined while casting on stitches under the arm. The body is finished with a twisted rib hem. The sleeve stitches are picked up, the pattern from the front and back and along the sides of the body are extended onto the sleeve. Decreases are worked along the sleeve underside. The sleeve is finished with a twisted rib cuff.
The sweater is designed with a positive ease of 19–23 cm (7.5–9 in).

If you knit in Cashmere Classic, the sweater will have a light and elegant look; if you knit in Önling No. 1 or No. 3, the sweater will have a denser stitch definition and a soft cozy look.

Recommended circular needles 4.00 mm (US 6) and 3.50 mm (US 4), 60 or 80 cm (use magic loop for smaller circumferences).
